These terms apply to the Löwe Playroom app (the “app”) and the website lowe-playroom.info. “We” and “us” mean Löwe Playroom. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. The app

Löwe Playroom is a collection of card and board games (Klondike, Spider, FreeCell, TriPeaks, Pyramid and Reversi) with optional online leaderboards. The games are played for fun only. There is no gambling, no real-money prizes and nothing of monetary value to win.

2. Licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the app on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment, in line with these terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.

You may not copy, sell, rent or redistribute the app or its content; decompile, reverse engineer or modify it except where the law expressly allows it; extract its art, sounds or other content; or use it in a way that breaks the law.

3. Leaderboards and nicknames

Leaderboards are public. When you use them, you agree that:

• your nickname must not be offensive, hateful, sexual, impersonate someone else, contain personal information such as a phone number, or advertise anything;
• scores must come from normal play. Modifying the app, faking requests, automating play or exploiting bugs to post scores is not allowed;
• we may remove nicknames or entries, reset boards, or block uploads that break these rules or look clearly not genuine, without notice.

Leaderboards are offered as they are. We may change, pause or close them at any time, and rankings may be reset.

4. Game content and updates

We may update the app and download new or updated game packs to improve it, fix problems or add content. Some features may change or be removed over time. The games work offline, but the leaderboards and new packs need an internet connection, and your mobile provider may charge for data.

5. Price and purchases

The current version of the app has no in-app purchases and no ads. If we add paid features in the future, their price and terms will be shown clearly before you buy, and purchases will be handled by Google Play under its own terms.

6. Ownership

The app, including its code, games design, characters (including the lion), artwork, sounds and texts, belongs to Löwe Playroom and is protected by copyright and other laws. Game rules such as Klondike or Reversi are traditional and belong to no one; our implementation and presentation of them are ours. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.

7. Feedback

If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them to improve the app without any obligation to you.

8. Privacy

How we handle information is described in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms.

9. Disclaimer

We work hard to make the app fun and reliable, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we don't promise that it will be error-free or always available, or that saved progress or leaderboard entries will never be lost. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data or game progress, arising from your use of the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app, if anything. We remain liable for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, and for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

11. Ending

You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it. We may stop offering the app, or end your licence if you seriously break these terms, for example by cheating on the leaderboards. Sections 6, 9, 10 and 12 continue to apply after that.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where you have your habitual residence if you are a consumer, and that law's mandatory consumer protections always apply. Before going to court, please email us; most problems are solved quickly that way. EU consumers can also use their national consumer dispute bodies.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll change the date at the top of this page, and if the changes are significant, we'll mention them in the app's release notes. If you keep using the app after the change, the new terms apply.
